We as Malhun Otel  accepted the following actions as our mission in the provision of Accommodation Industry services in order to reflect our customer-focused approach based on 30 years of experience in the tourism sector:

  • To serve timely and effectively in line with global standards by taking all sorts of customer demands and expectations as our utmost priority,
  • To monitor all changes in the practices of the Accommodation Industry and continuously improve our services through efficient resource planning and focus on customer satisfaction in order to guarantee the best level of comfort,
  • To ensure that all employees are made aware of and fulfil rightful demands made by the customers,
  • To take customer feedback as an opportunity to improve customer satisfaction and determine methods to find solutions for customer dissatisfaction in reliance on applicable legislation,
  • To monitor our service processes in line with our quality targets and to improve efficiency in our processes through planned training sessions,
  • To meet customer expectations in food production and presentation by taking into account international standards and legal obligations and by using only quality raw materials,
  • To improve the food production system continuously by taking all phases of the food production under control and supervising the system,
  • To train the employees on food safety and ensure that they are timely informed of the current developments in food safety,
  • To create a peaceful and safe working environment that will support employee satisfaction and improve the efficiency of the management system by ensuring their participation,

To review our policies and management systems regularly and develop methods to ensure that all employees adopt these policies on a timely basis.
